So first, we highlight the lowlights of the year... films that didn't just quite resonate with us. Some from good directors, some with good scripts, and even some with great casts -- but movies that fell flat for one reason or another... and leave it to Dr. Earl to bring the big names to the list.
Then, after we bring the negative, we look at the positive, giving some great gifts all around -- to our fave actors, to our fave directors, even to studios to get them a little help. Plus, a few movies seen on behalf of others... and the first tangible gift ever given in a Christmas Gifts episode!
